Artem OpenClaw is a private personal automation application operated by Artem. This policy explains how it handles Google user data.
Data accessed
The application may access only the Google Workspace data and permissions explicitly authorized by the owner, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Contacts data.
How data is used
Google user data is used solely to carry out the owner's direct requests, such as reading documents, organizing files, reviewing messages, and managing personal productivity workflows.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored in the private system credential store used by the application's command-line integration. Data may be processed on the owner's private agent environment as needed to complete a requested task. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or provide it to data brokers.
Sharing
Google user data is not shared with third parties except when the owner explicitly directs the application to send, publish, or transfer specific content, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Temporary working data is retained only as needed for the requested automation and operational security. The owner can revoke the application's Google access at any time from Google Account security settings and may delete locally stored credentials.
Limited Use
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
